Evening all, just been out running at the moment and I ran past McDonalds, past it not in it! On the side of their wall it says ‘Good Times’.
Now I can pretty much say that if you’re eating McDonalds on a regular basis like I have done in the past, you don’t get good running times. You get running times. You don’t get good running times.
So the more you avoid rubbish foods like I have eaten in the past, the more likely you are to get better running times. And you’re more likely to be able to say it properly too!
SO if you are a runner and you want to improve your times, like I do at the moment, I need to avoid places that sell junk food. Because eating junk food gets you junk running times. Simple as that!
The better the food you eat, the better running times you will get. That’s my plan for 2019. Eat better food, get better running times.
