Here is a little poem I have written about eating pasta.

Eat pasta, eat pasta!

Eat pasta, eat pasta!

It helps you run faster!

Don’t have chips or a curry.

That won’t help you move in a hurry.

Don’t choose to eat a Chinese.

On the day that won’t help you move your knees.

Don’t have pizza or lots of bread.

They won’t help you on race day when you get out of bed.

Eat pasta, eat pasta!

It will help you run faster!
