Evening all. Since the new year, I’ve wanted to do 10,000 steps each day most days. Not every single day as I don’t want to put that much pressure on myself, but as often as possible. Ideally about 5-7 days, 5 out of 7 days wherever possible.
I got in from work tonight and had only done 5000 steps throughout the daytime, so I decided to go out for a little walk. You don’t always have to go out for a run. You don’t have to put extra pressure on yourself to go and exert yourself even more. Sometimes just a little walk will do, so I am now on 9,000. I’ve only got for about a mile and a half, maybe two miles if that. But I have enjoyed it. I have got some fresh air. I’ve had some time to think. Tried to plan some more things I’d like to talk about on video. I’ve just enjoyed doing it. So having a little walk every now and again is really good for your mental health, and your wellbeing in general so I definitely recommend it.
